“There was a major seaweed issue, which I know is not the property’s fault, but we had to move rooms because it was so bad and the smell was so bad. The staff was great in upgrading us for free to better rooms, I just wish we would have known because then we would’ve changed properties. We also didn’t know that they were doing free shuttles to better beaches, or we would have joined in on that. Instead, the only thing we could do was hang out by the pool. “When you get to the property it’s a bit hard to find where to go but once you do everyone was very nice. The room was clean, would have liked a kettle and some cups/glasses in the room. “The name of the resort says it all, it's truly an escape. If you're looking to disconnect, relax, and do absolutely nothing while enjoying beautiful views, this is the perfect place. The scenery is stunning, the food is excellent, and the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. That said, if you're looking for a resort with lots of activities or amenities that are easily accessible on-site, this may not be the best fit. This resort is more about peace, tranquility, and unwinding……
