“Room was dirty, and smelled like dirty homeless person had slept there. Rugs were terrible and dirty. 1st floor side door was broken and able to let anyone come in 24hrs a day. Pool was empty, “Gym” had 3 work out devices, 1-bike, 1-treadmill and 1-smith machine. It looked like a storage closet. “free breakfast” was terrible, watery eggs and coffee tasted like it was brewed through a dirty sock. Definitely would not stay at this property again.”

“The room looked to be remodeled with new floor, new bathtub surround, new sink, new mirror, new toilet, new TV stand and TV. Mattress was not comfortable for me. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping was zero. Bath, hand and wash towels were present at check in. No housekeeping on the second day. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. The third night I had to find someone in housekeeping to get clean towels. The room was nonsmoking but obvious it had been smoked in. I reported……

“Very nice, well taken care of. Comfortable bed abd spacious room, shower was large and had a great shower head. Had a great choice of breakfast foofs to choose from. Will use Comfort Inn & Suites again.”

“Took three different room tries to get us in a room. First room we were to be in was having an ozone treatment. Second room had not been cleaned thoroughly. Third room which we finally stayed in had a disconnected fire alarm and no nozzle on the water connector. I took a picture of this. Tara who was working the front desk was excellent in trying to help us. She said management was going to offer us a discount but haven't seen it come through yet. ”

“The rooms could be a little more modernized but not a big deal breaker. The furniture specifically could use updating (the couches more so).”

“This was by far the worst experience of my Hotel life. The room had pizza stains on the foor when we arrived. The towls we exchanged the second day had black hairs embedded in them. The elavator constently had smoke from vapes hanging around in them. The fire alarm, which was extremely loud, went off at least twice in the middle of the night all three nights we stayed do to long-term residences smoking in their rooms.There are long-term residence that live here and do not abide by the rules nor……
