“I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. The living conditions and environment are acceptable, and the price of the room I booked is quite……

“We love staying in this hotel when we’re in Buffalo. It’s clean and in a convenient location for shopping, dining and is also close enough to the airport. The breakfast is pretty good for a complimentary breakfast. I’ve stayed here multiple times and will stay here again. ”
