"This is a dirty, run down motel with long term residents living in it. We pulled up, looked at it and drove away and booked a room at Travelocity had it rated as ‘10 - Excellent’ on their site, which is why I booked it and is completely misleading. The hotel and Travelocity refused to refund me. I will not be using Travelocity again."

"We sold a home faster than expected and needed a place to stay for about 6 weeks before our new home was ready. Rather than stay in an apartment we elected to rent a home short term. During this time frame I also had neck surgery and the host allowed us to bring some of our own furniture so that I would be more comfortable while recovering. It was a great place to stay between homes and the host was extremely accommodating. "
