“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was not well maintained. During the night I woke to use the restroom, upon entering the bathroom I noticed the ceiling was leaking water onto the floor and had black stains like mold on the ceiling. There was a musky smell that was overwhelming. The staff did offer to came and when I told the man the ceiling is leaking, he seemed to already be aware of the issue. He said yeah, I’ll get a mop and bucket and never went into the bathroom to look……

“Everything was fine as expected--no issues with staff or our room. But the pool was a bit grungy on the edges and the bottom.”
