“Normally he property is well maintained. But this time the room had a broken locks on door and window. I spoke to one of guys at front desk and he wrote it down and said the staff foesnt always notice these issues. My room was also infested with stink bugs and I told the same guy upon checkout and he just shrugged it off and said it's the season for them.
