“Good”

“Clean, relatively new property. Builders did a shoddy job on the shower walls—there were gaps in the corners in places where the sheets of tiling didn’t meet. Room had a strong smell of artificial scenting of some type. Triggered my asthma. Front desk staff was unconcerned about my situation. No offer of assistance or remedy. He was too eager to get back to his video or tv. I finally figured out the next morning that it was some type of scenting on the bedside lamp. No clock/ alarm in the room.”

“The hotel is fine and it was clean, but boy did it make me mad when the cleaning lady barged in at 9:30am after I had already told her I was in there. It was wildly inappropriate.”

“Dirty floors in the lobby, stairs, clumps of red mud at midnight.. the room was nasty, I went to 3 different rooms before settling for a semi clean room, the bedsheets had blood, hair on them. The shower and toilet had hair all over them. Just plain nasty!”

“Lol... Every issue we had starting from bug concerns to needing the laundry room... Everything was apparently under renovation. But there was zero signs of renovation anywhere. This is just something they say to brush your concerns under the already existing filth. This was apparently 'family friendly' but I must ask if this chair picture appears to be family friendly. Absolutely repulsive!!!!!!!”
