“The hotel was good. Slept very well. Used the hot tub and pool. Breakfast was decent. 10 minutes from downtown Portsmouth. Id stay again. ”

“We were pleasantly surprised with the newly renovated accommodations at the Sea Latch. We have been coming up to York Beach for 30+ years. We usually rent a home but plans changed and we decided to come up for a long weekend. We were a group of 14 divided into 4 families/4 rooms. We booked it two weeks in advance. We had some minor hiccups with our reservation - one party paid for a Deluxe studio but got a standard room instead. Unfortunately they were booked solid and could not accommodate……

“This hotel is honestly the best around! It’s convenient to everything around and the staff is awesome! John is great and super cool and helpful. Place was perfectly clean and smelled amazing the whole time. Pool and how tub are great size and always perfect temperatures! We will be staying here every time. I recommend this hotel to everyone!”
