“Cold eggs Comfortable bed Good hot shower Kitchen was sparse.”

“Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet. We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed. ”

“The front desk staff was unfriendly from the time we checked in. The hotel common areas and especially our room was very dirty and run down. There were stains on everything from the walls, furniture, bathtub, and bedding. Our stay was noisy with people running up and down the hallways starting at 2 am through the morning. ”

“My husband and I stayed 2 nights and it was okay. We arrived early in the morning around 2:30 am, with 45 degree weather and rain. Checkin wasn’t a problem, except the gentleman at the front desk said there was $45 accidental fee, which is low so not complaining about that, but I was actually charged $50. They should just be mindful of what they are telling guests. When we got into the room we could see crumbs underneath the bed, no trash bag in the trash can and there was no comforter on the……

“Very good location. I got a good night’s rest the 3 days I was there, and that’s all I really care about.”
