“The hotel is taking reservations but is completely closed down. I had family staying in the same hotel and they booked through a different site and the site booked them a new hotel the week before our stay due to closure. When I called hotels.com and quality ins help line they both assured me it was open. We arrived to hotel to find the windows bored up and chains on the door. ”

“Microwave was at floor level so had to lay on floor to use it. No Ice bucket but the Ice machine was broken anyway. Every morning at 8:30 Housekeeping would try and enter room (there were no do not disturb cards). TV remote did not work. And rates were doubled due to the Canton Swap meet. Would not recommend staying there. This is the first time I ever posted a review, normally I just tell myself lesson learned.”

There was suppose to be breakfast available wirh price. Not so. If homeless and seeking a roof over your head with no other options this hotel may be ok. If hoping for a clean, heated room with an edible breakfast this would not be. Also no response from Customer Support ”
