“This was the best experience I'd had at a hotel in years, and that includes some fancier 5-star hotels. Every single aspect of the stay was perfect. The morning breakfast was vast and delicious. The lobby and counter staff were helpful and friendly. The cleaning folks were friendly and kind and welcoming.
