“This was a quiet hotel with friendly staff and comfortable beds.”

“The room and staff was great. The only two complaints I have; the breakfast wasn't that great even for a continental and the tv continued to search for a signal. Everything else was wonderful.”

“Elevator, rooms were not the cleanest. We had to ask for different sheets because they were stained. The front desk gave us twin sized sheets for a king size bed and said “it’s not my department”, pretty much told us to deal with it. There was a homeless man sleeping in the hallway. The hallway smelled like urine. Overall, definitely would not stay there again.”

“A/C worked great when it was hot outside. Breakfast was the bare minimum as far as choices. Biscuits, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt or a bagel and that was it. No issues with our stay.”

“I was charged an early departure fee even though we checked out at 8pm the evening before our departure date. Why did I get charged when the room was already paid for? It shouldn’t matter if you checked out the evening before, or that next morning. When walking in the door, a note was on the computer that the pool was closed. That should have been noted somewhere online that it was an issue. The carpet had snags and rips along with the furniture in the room. The key code on the outer doors……
