“My husband and I spent the weekend at the Orth house. We had tickets to a night at the Brit and wanted to stay within walking distance. I immediately contacted the front desk, who had a good service attitude and promised to help me bring one over. However, in the end, we searched the entire hotel without a backup hair dryer, and we ended up sleeping with our hair wet. Because there are two children, we used to take a can of disinfection spray on the trip. In order to disinfect the toilet, tables and chairs in the hotel room, when I disinfected and wiped the toilet seat, I saw some black things like feces, which was really disgusting, and the hygiene was very poor. I will not consider visiting this hotel again."
