“不是很好的”

“Loved everything about the place, except the breakfast. While there was hot bagels and engliah muffins. I would expect a hot breakfast from such a nice fancy place. No scrambled eggs or pancakes or french toast or bacon. Still loved the stay!”

“This hotel is beautiful and updated. The room itself was clean but there was hair in the shower. The biggest downside was the pool/hot tub, the pool was DISGUSTING it was completely cloudy you couldnt see into it, there was bush debri and twigs from outside in it and HAIR clumps of hair floating in the water. It was very busy the weekend we stayed so on top of that the pool & hot tub was swarmed with kids that werent always being supervised and if they were they were just ya know being kids but……

“The good: Great location in the Elmwood Village area. Extremely walkable. Once you're inside, the place is beautiful. It oozes charm and personality. The common areas are great, and our room was very, very nice. Comfortable bed, large bathroom, new TV, fridge. Parking was very convenient. Entry into the building and the room was great, with a custom code that worked on both doors. Finally, very responsive concierge (we interacted through text). The not-so-good: Our room was on the 1st floor, so……

“Close to our destination”

“We forgot a woolen coat in the room, but the hotel said it was not there, and did not check it later, so it sent us away casually. Very disappointed!”

“Nice historic house with comfortable common rooms and a great location, close to downtown restaurants and a Walgreens open 24 hours. But my bedroom was so small I could not easily walk around, and the half-bathroom was also very small. Wes, the owner, welcomed me at check-in and has a warm personality. But breakfast was not offered, even though a Booking listing said breakfast was provided and the owner mentioned breakfast too. ”

“I arrived in my room and immediately noticed several ladybugs flying around and gathering on the windows. When I went to get into bed, I found what appeared to be a bloody booger on the sheet, as well as a yellow stain on the mattress. I went to the front desk to request a room change. While the new room did not have ladybugs or visible stains on the sheets, the comforter had multiple brown stains. I called the front desk again to request a replacement comforter, but unfortunately, the second……

“Well this is a grand improvement over the previous hotel that was there. This is modern, clean, bright, inviting and safe. There were no smells of someone's dinner cooking in the back room. The pool was closed for maintenance !! that's wonderful, keeping the hotel in shape. Will be staying there again when we visit family. Thank you job well done.”
