“My husband travels to Chattanooga several times a year for work and usually stays here because of the location next to the Convention Center. We have had great experiences in the past, which made this stay especially disappointing. The biggest issue was cleanliness. We booked a two bedroom suite with a pull out couch, and it was clearly not properly cleaned. There was white dog hair all over the couch, and my son ended up covered in it when he sat down. I had to call housekeeping to vacuum it.……

“The bed linens had dirty spots, the floor was dirty and …. The shower had black mold growing in the lower grout. The hallways were a mess due to remodeling but not an excuse for the room condition. ”

“All staff were great except for one male at the front desk. Everyone else made up for this!”

“Reception was very friendly, especially the early morning shift 5 am guy, the room was very clean, comfortable, quiet even just beside the hospital.”

“It is right in the middle of downtown. There are plenty of things to do! The room stayed cool when we used ac and it stayed warm at night when we used the heat. The staff there are absolutely amazing! Especially Jordan! ”
