“The property is excellent; the facilities are excellent BUT some of the staff need training in hospitality especially for an exceptional property in a historic area. I have been twice in the last 3 weeks due to work, and it was the same both times. Both times, I had multiple experiences at the front desk where staff didn't even look up from what they were doing and said, "Can I help you?" with exasperated facial expressions that appeared as if I was an annoyance or chore. “The room was very comfortable and clean and I loved that check out was at noon. However, housekeeping knocked on my door twice between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m., which I didn’t appreciate because I was hoping to sleep in before hitting the road. On a positive note, the staff was pleasant and they provide a great breakfast.”

“Convenient location. Clean and rooms were well maintained. I’m used to a more welcoming atmosphere so this was a little sterile. No exercise room and really no amenities to speak of. It was an ok place but probably won’t stay again”
