“Overall, the property was clean and well maintained. However, there were a couple of disappointing aspects to our stay. First, there was no complimentary Wi-Fi. Unless you are a WorldMark member staying at the property, you have to pay an additional fee for internet access, which was unexpected and frustrating. Second, the unit was advertised as a two bedroom, but it was actually a one bedroom with a murphy bed in the living room. This was misleading, as we expected two separate bedrooms. When……

“Clean and maintenef property. I was unable to utilize their electronic/digital key as it did not work. Went to different lock boxes all over the property before the correct lockbox, code, and key for the rental was accessed.”
