“Air Conditioner was out in the lobby, TV wasn't working in the room when we got there, but the staff was helpful in getting the issue resolved relatively quickly.”

We were pulling a UHaul and the staff could not have been more helpful in helping to us park in the parking lot. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. “Toilet wouldn’t stop running all night. Kept randomly flushing. Got clogged each time it was used. Room smelled weird. Like someone had smoked in it and it was poorly cleaned afterwards. Front staff made it clear at check-in, “We are full tonight but if you must call me tonight, I will do what I can!” Not a good look. Thoroughly unimpressed. Won’t return. Would advise others to avoid this place.”

“Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was poorly cleaned upon arrival. The linens and towels did not appear fresh or crisp, and the bathroom sink and floors were dirty, with visible hair on them. There was even a dirty, wet facecloth left beside the sink when we checked in. The breakfast area was also unsatisfactory.
