“Location”

“Easy, plentiful parking. Comfy, clean room. Helpful and polite staff. I was a little sad to see that the Starbucks is no longer there in the lobby/bar area. But that's not a big deal. This is a very nice hotel. Also easy to and from local roads.”

“The good: Beautiful high end hotel and room. Valet parking. It was renovated within the last 5 years. Staff was very very friendly. Beds were comfy. Food and drinks were good. Opportunity for improvement: We had a room on the third floor right next to a very loud ventilation system. We stayed in a beautiful hotel but could not sleep because of the rolling drum sound the entire night. To make matters worse, the bathroom has a skylight with a glass wall that divides the bedroom therefore we had……

“We expected a room with a tub, but the last available room didn’t have one. The room available was very pricey for its size. We decided not to stay. The highlight of our time was interacting with Jenna at the desk, she was extremely kind and very professional. Based on our experience with her we will consider returning on another occasion. We mainly wanted to have one night away, as we live close and our wedding anniversary is this weekend.”

“My husband and I added a few days onto a trip we were making for a wedding and Galvanized America Inn and Art Gallery elevated this trip to a genuine vacation. The property is beautiful (so nice it's literally used for weddings), the breakfasts were great, and the room and first floor was cute (americana!), clean, and well-maintained. What was honestly the best thing about the property were the hosts. Both were incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. They gave us a map and pamphlet about……

“This place is not in a part of town you want to stay. It felt like I was entering South Central LA and Ice Cube's gang from Boyz N Da Hood was gonna pop out at any turn. The house next door caving in, the dilapidated one across the street etc. Then there came trying to check in. They gave the wrong code for the lock and then it was near impossible to get in touch with anyone. The local manager didn't return calls and I finally got the large company "Evolve" on the line and they kept saying……
