“This hotel is under construction. We had not idea. Loud power tool noises until 5pm on Saturday. The entire lobby is blocked off. Starbucks and restaurant closed. After we reserved the room they sent a notice that the pool was under construction. This was totally misleading as it’s a much bigger full lobby renovation. The hotel said it was stated in the website and there is no mention of construction on the website. The room was also dated, with chopped paint and water damage. How is this a……

“This place is not in a part of town you want to stay. It felt like I was entering South Central LA and Ice Cube's gang from Boyz N Da Hood was gonna pop out at any turn. The house next door caving in, the dilapidated one across the street etc. Then there came trying to check in. They gave the wrong code for the lock and then it was near impossible to get in touch with anyone. The local manager didn't return calls and I finally got the large company "Evolve" on the line and they kept saying……

“This was a great property. Conveniently located in downton Yardley. Everything was in working order. The only warning is that the heat/ temperature can vary greatly from room to room as it is an older property. The nights spent there were filled with game playing , dinners out and much needed family time. ”
