“Disappointed.Property is dirty. Trash not picked up, cans, bottles and leftover boxes in common areas. Staff not friendly. No wifi in room for entire stay. A shower curtain for a closet door in a suite. Dirty bathroom.”

“Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The beach was clean, relaxing, and surprisingly not crowded, which made it easy to enjoy the water and the view. The staff was friendly and attentive everywhere we went. We loved the restaurants—great food and the convenience of dining near the pool made the whole experience even better. We’ll absolutely be returning!”

“Great stay. We were in town during Daytona Bike Week. Upon arrival we were upgraded to an ocean facing balcony room which was awesome. The hotel restaurant is one of the best in town. The room, bed, shower, pool (heated) were all amazing and contributed to an amazing stay for my wife and I. Being able to walk out on to the beach from the pool area is a huge bonus. 10/10. ”

“Building was under renovations, closet door was fallen and you could see all the cleaning supplies.
We paid for ocean front except the windows were completely covered by blue plastic.
We checked in and checked out within 15 minutes but we were fully refunded since we were not notified about the construction. ”
