Code was incomplete. I guess they assumed we would know how to complete the code to gain entry. Also, WiFi password what not available to us till we called to get it hours later. "The property is beautiful. When you’re inside the gates there is so much privacy. Sitting in the back looking out it doesn’t feel like Arizona. There’s a hill and watching the sun go down in the evening hours it felt like we traveled abroad. Dominic was an excellent host. Very accommodating. A really nice touch was having firewood available to use at night in the outdoor fireplace. We had friends and family over to visit with us during the week and it was amazing. We had a fire every night....

"Overall the house was excellent. Plenty of room and lots of things to do at the house. House was huge with plenty of room! The only negative thing and it’s very minor is/ was the hidden fees. They don’t show up till you are purchasing. Expect a cleaning fee and if you don’t want to travel out to Scottsdale to get the key then expect another fee. These should be disclosed in description. "Thing I would change that is structural. Needs a door on master bath. Husband goes to run early in morning, then returns to shower. Closing off bath would eliminate noise and moisture in bedroom. Transom window needs covering."
