“This is a reasonable and clean space. 1 TV in the livingroom is disappointing if you have multiple ages and family members. Gym is impossible to find without asking for help. Lack of parking availability is a big issue. The parking lot is shared with many businesses and also becomes a paid parking lot on the weekends. Spaces reserved for Hughes with never a car in them but no spaces reserved for the Mint Hotel. It is quite possible, you will be sent a block or more away looking for parking, have……

“I wanted to get coffee upon waking up in the morning. I went down in the morning and ther person behind the counter told me she needed to finish counting the drawer before she could help me. So I needed to wait there about 10-15 mins until the drawer was counted. Seems like the customer should be served first, pause the drawer counting until after. ”

“The property is curated to perfection. The gardens, the living areas, everything. The host, Angela, is so nice, friendly and kind. The room was decorated nicely. The phone chargers, the sound machine! Love! The breakfast was amazing. I needed a reset and this gave it to me. ”

“The facility is beautiful, but there is no visibility of staff. We had several mechanical issues with dishwasher, washing machine and the Internet. We were able to resolve the Internet issue. But the dishwasher was never fixed during the four nights we stayed and our clothes. Locked in the washer. We could not get anyone to come and fix so we had to leave our items there. It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t heard back from anyone to retrieve my belongings.”
