“I've stayed here many times while traveling through Mobile. First, to give credit where it's due, I still consider this the best hotel in Mobile. That said, each stay seems to come with a different room quality and a different staff experience. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating, although on occasion I get the impression that some employees are not particularly happy to be there. The rooms are the biggest unknown. I sometimes wonder if booking through Expedia results in being……

“I did not get the room that i paid for or that was advertised. My bed was as hard as a brick and my TV in one of the bedrooms did not work. The outside area and pool area was very nice, and the property overall was clean and looked very nice, and had a lot of amenities, and it is in a nice location. Other than the bed and tv, out stay was very pleasant. We would stay again as long as we get a better room.”

“Besides the leak from the refrigerator, gnats, and no pool passes, the stay was well worth it. Very clean, convenient to all activities and restaurants. Hope to see you again next year.”

“Stay away from this lipstick on a pig property. Miles away from any beach and everything else for that matter, not clean and horrible customer service. The unit is poorly marked took me 40 minutes once I got to the "address" to find it. The ceiling fan in the living room didn't work, and its in the 90s everyday, the a/c vents have black mold in them, there's splatter, probably urine, on the side of the vanity by the stool. Trash under furniture and the refrigerator has rust all down the side.……
