“A Beautiful historical Hotel. Good drinks & friendly staff at their bar. The doorman, check-in staff & valet was well run & professional. Comfy beds, water pressure awesome in the shower, nice layout. Couldn’t get in the steak restaurant due to a buy out.”

“After frequenting the Chalet for many years I feel it has lost some of its special atmosphere that it once had 6 years ago. I miss the tranquil pool experience it seems to have become a children's environment with no boundaries as far as Adult hours where kids are not allowed and I miss the flowers and attention to detail and the service like the pool attendant et ”

“The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Televisions in the room lacked streaming services. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. There are no service lifts for work crews and cleaning staff. Everyone uses the same lifts which is a less than optimal guest experience. ”

“This resort is a perfect place to relax from busy work. Beautiful scenery in the mountains straight from the swimming pool. Good restaurants and friendly staff. Clean rooms and good SPA.”

“Our daughter goes to camp in Mentone. This cabin was a perfect place to stay the night before “drop off”. Very helpful staff and super clean!!! My only hesitation in writing this review is I don’t want too many people to find this letter gem (wink wink)”
