“The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. However, we had asked for non-smoking rooms and even though both of our rooms were labeled as such, the smell of smoke was so strong in one of them, that we ended up asking for a different room. The manager was happy to oblige. If you just need a clean, cheap place to crash, as an overnighter, this is for you. If you are looking for a fancy place to stay this is not it. “Waiting on Customer to pay as one of the guests I arrived early -C° outside freezing waters pipes everywhere snowing got put outside to wait and it being my Mother and everyone walking already reserved waiting too see her ID and get the cash me and my male cuddles had to sleep in death freeze weather while waiting on paying reserved customer whom had the cash”

“The toilet wasn't fastened to the floor, the refrigerator wasn't working, the ac wasn't working until the person pushed a button, the blanket had a cigarette burn in it and it was supposed to be a non smoking room and it reaked of cigarettes.”
