“Disappointing to say the least. Non existent service, clueless staff, untrained personnel. Highlights were the Michelin - simply amazing. Thai food was the worst. Facilities are of course amazing but with no staff or service to support it, it all fails.”

“A true hidden gem!
I’ve tried many 5 star hotels around Europe, but this one.. This one is honestly in a different league above the others.
I really felt welcome here and taken care of. From the very first walk in, where the staff offered a welcome drink in the bar while checking in, to the restaurant where you have your own table throughout your stay.
Here, you are not just handed over your room key and told where your room is. No, here the lovely staff will walk you to your room while……
