“We really enjoyed the cottage! My very tall 6’4 guys (husband and son) did have a little trouble fitting in the shower and were a little worried about getting water everywhere, but overall I would give it 5 ⭐️! A minor thing that really only applies to very tall big men. Cyndi was incredibly kind, a fabulous brownie maker and even supplied us with extra towels and doggie toys. “We were there for the solar eclipse and had a spectacular trip. Despite the recent tornado, the community was so friendly and welcoming. #strongerthanthestorm The host, Phil, was super responsive and easy to communicate with. The sunsets on the lake were breathtaking.”

“No luxuries at all. The toilet in the hall was like riding A bucking bronco. It’s clearly not attached to the floor & is leaking somewhere. The kitchen was seriously infested with teeny tiny ants…eeeew! Not enough towels & extra blankets. Tons of goose poop in the yard leading to the lake…like a mine field. The fire pit was great & we enjoyed using it each evening. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay with our family.”

We did need to contact the manager of this place and she responded immediately. Met one of the neighbors and she was very nice. We asked her for recommendations on eating places and loved the place (Titlted Hilton) she recommended. We hope to visit this place again.”

“What an incredible property! One of the best rental properties we’ve ever rented. From the vintage and new decor, well placed lighting, and comfortable EVERYTHING! The linens, bedding and bathroom were quite luxurious. The panoramic views from the front bay of windows made it so worth it. While we weren’t able to use the beautiful patio due to the weather, I’m sure we would have enjoyed that space as well. I highly recommend this property!”

“We stayed in the downstairs unit of the home which came with garage parking, wrap around porch, and backyard space with fire pit! Sadly, it rained many of the days we were there so we didn't get to make use of the pit, but the home was typical of many of other older ones in the neighborhood in regard to layout and space- perfect for two people though there is a second bedroom. The only complaints we had were that a few days after arrival we discovered the dryer was stuffed full of wet linens……
