"Staff was nice. Checked in online as requested but when I showed up, the front desk manager told me that it doesn’t transfer to their system. Ever. So don’t bother. Then, we are notified that they won’t be serving breakfast. That would be fine if we hadn’t chosen a hotel that did so. They stated we don’t pay for breakfast since it was free. That’s correct but some folks see that they have free breakfast online and choose that one over the next due to cost savings. Don’t put it on your site that breakfast is included if you aren’t serving any. The bigger issue was the fact they had no snacks available. They had a few drinks you could purchase but not even a snack machine. "
