“酒店的床很睡！近機場！廿四小時免費機場接送！說好自己從機場坐的士可以畀返的士錢我，結果去到櫃檯職員又話冇！都離開酒店再問另外一個職員佢又話可以俾返的士錢我！佢啲職員都好烏龍。”

“La recepción en general muy buena, el personal atento y rápido el check in… al igual la salida Pero al querer almorzar el domingo no quisieron servirnos o sentarnos en el salón principal y nos mandaban a una cafetería q es una filial de Starbucks q por cierto lenta la atención y no te dan lo q pides o como es el menú de Starbucks 🙄 nos salimos a almorzar a otro lado Pero el hotel precioso como ya otras ocasiones había visitado el lugar. Solo el detalle del restaurante”

“Le faltó más limpieza la regadera estaba un poco sucia, pero todo lo demás excelente si lo recomiendo”

“The room was semi clean, dust on the floor in a lot of places. We walked into the bathroom, hair in the toilet and dust on the floor. Shower head doesn’t adjust. We had a little coffee maker and ice bucket but not coffee nor ice machine on any floor. The place is outdated. Closet door would get stuck every time we opened or closed it. Same with the drawers on the big dresser. Also, the window in our room didn’t open at all, we were in the 3rd floor. My mom was on the 4th floor and her window……

“The staff was great and helpful but the property is old; the room was fairly clean ; if I have a concern is that towels were not replaced each day and the floor towel was vey wet because the shower door didn’t hold the water in the tub and it was not replaced, just hinged to dry!”

“Muy agradable en general. Los alimentos son de buena calidad. El ambiente y la decoración son bonitos. Lo que no me gustó fue que el sanitario estaba mal y hacía mucho ruido al llenar el tanque. Se quedaba tirando agua. El aire acondicionado gotea y no ponen algo para evitar que se moje el piso. Las camaristas se pasean desde muy temprano afuera de las habitaciones y hacen ruido con los carritos y si te quieres despertar tarde es imposible. Deberían darle prioridad al huésped o al menos……

“Habitaciones limpias. Personal muy amable y en una localizacion muy accesible para llegar al centro y a otros lugares a donde teniamos que ir. Estacionamiento de buena capacidad aunque fuimos en temporada baja.”
