"Stayed here for 3 nights in September, it was our first visit to an all inclusive so we didn't really know what to expect. Almost everything was excellent, loved the variety of restaurants/bars. Pool area wasn't too busy, we were always able to find sunbeds. Same with the private beach which adjoins the hotel. We also got upgraded to a suite which we loved. "Leyla in guest services and Alpine and Mehmet at the front desk made great efforts to adjust for a slight booking error by Expedia. Many of the staff speak english and the rest have a wonderful smile and pleasant manner - charades to communicate for a back up plan - all good. The food is off the charts, lots of fresh salads and deserts. Plenty of main course choices and although not much of a drinker myself - decent beer and wine. The are feels safe for a walk in the neighbourhood or along the Mediterranean shore. "

"The staff are most attentive. There could be more spice in the food and they could theme the food by day as it was all pretty similar most days. Also it caters more towards German tourists as everything is in Euros and the staff speak more German than English however this was not a problem for us. The facilities including pools, rooms, bar, gaming room and spa are fantastic. We had an excellent holiday here and would love to go again."
