“Very friendly staff and great location”

“The property is in a gorgeous location-the ocean is a beautiful walk down a mountain path and while there is no beach there is a rope ladder to go swimming and places to place your things- it is a gorgeous place to swim and snorkel without too many people. If you have a disability I would not recommend doing this. You have to pull yourself up the ladder which can be tricky. The hotel is tranquil and feels more like a house than a hotel and the views are gorgeous. Not a lot of parking in town……

“The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”

“We traveled here in July and we had a lovely stay. Breakfast was good, the staff were super helpful and the hotel had everything we needed. The only small downside was our AC wasn’t great. The room would get a bit hot throughout the day but we weren’t in the room much so it didn’t matter much. Again, great stay.”

“Just be aware of this property. The staff is not helpful, not accommodating and quite frankly not happy to see you. I booked a 4 person room on Expedia and when I arrived to the hotel the staff told me that my room only fits 2. I told them that their rooms on line showed 4 person. They were not helpful at all and acted like it was my fault. After 30 to 45 minutes of standing at the front desk they told me that they can prep the rooms to hold 4 and charge me an additional 70 euros per day……

She truly went above and beyond! My only complain is that the beds were not comfortable, so not very happy about that but everything else was great!”

“Hotel volledig gericht naar de zee. Kamers en ontbijtruimte met zeezicht. Aan het zwembad voldoende ligbedden maar worden jammer genoeg vlug ingepalmd door het handdoekleggen van de gasten. Vanaf het zwembad kan je via een pad de zee in. Voldoende keuze aan het ontbijt en wordt ook tijdig aangevuld. De ligging van het hotel is zeer rustig. Totaal geen lawaaihinder. In de buurt een paar winkeltjes en een paar eetgelegenheden. Er zijn verschillende bushaltes op een korte afstand en hebben een……
