“I needed a place to stay for one night after an evening event in Scunthorpe. Gary and Sue were welcoming and most accommodating to my need for a late evening return. Good clean room with iron and tea made available. Well worth the money.”

“While the room was cheap it wasn’t very clean the shower was filthy the windows was filthy the vinyl the soap dispensers was very dirty, had a hand towel with the edges all frailed at the ends no light as you come out the room onto the landing I was left a soft brown banana that was left for the breakfast two days in a row and a slight brown apple . The breakfast sandwich was a cold defrosted bacon and sausage sandwich with the date it was frozen or defrosted on it I can’t remember. I’ve stayed……

“Great location for exploring south east Yorkshire. We stayed just one night on a trip to Spurn Point, but so enjoyed Paull Farm that we are thinking about when we could return, stay longer and explore further. The room was well equipped, comfortable and beautifully clean. The separate "DIY" breakfast room was a great facility allowing us to choose when to have breakfast and build ourselves an excellent continental style breakfast. Peaceful location, walks on the doorstep, super friendly hosts:……

The room was quite hot, even on a cool day, and were it not for the ability to open the window and use a fan (already in the room) it would have been very comfortable. “Yes I was late for 9.00pm check in , but the pub was supposed to be open to 10Pm which it was not. Did not answer initial messages about a refund and refused a refund after Expedia called to request one. Make you own mind up what kind of place this is. ”
