"When we arrived and met the local property manager, the pool was very dirty and the house musty smelling. We raised with the owner and he arranged a pool clean, but we were left with the feeling that the house is relatively uncared for, in terms of renting out. The local property manager really should've checked and prepared the property for our arrival, to make sure it was spick and span for our arrival.
