Nice traditional hotel... recommended £60 or less
"The overall status of the hotel is nice, we arrived quite later at 1:00am, but the housekeeping starts knocking doors from 9:30 all the way to 10:40 (about 4 times) to ask people to check out... they really did what their boss told..."

"Very clean, recently modernised property. Everything we needed, including tea and coffee capsules for nespresso machine! Very close to town centre and shops although its in a quiet location. Good walks down by the river which is nearby. Host easily contactable. Recommended."

We had a wonderful Christmas spent at the Calf Shed.
"We had a wonderful Christmas spent at the Calf Shed. Mr and Mrs Younger were very welcoming and left us a few festive items when we arrived which was so lovely and thoughtful. We had some Christmas decorations and lights inside and out, which was so festive and we made full use of the hot tub on ..."
