“A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. “Kate and Diego are the very best of hosts! I stayed for a little more than a week and have nothing but great things to say about them and their staff. The rooms are comfortable, the bar/cafe is the perfect place for a treat after a ride or a hike, and the breakfast on the patio in front of a field of wildflowers is a magical way to start the day. You can tell that Kate and Diego take great pride in their hotel in every detail. 100% recommend.”
