“In my opinion, the room in which we stayed was subpar at best. There were stains on the carpet, hair on the floor in the bathroom. Altogether, the bathroom was not clean and ready for guests to occupy. The tub showed signs of mold, the toilet seat was loose or broken, which was a hazard in what was advertised as a handicap accessible room (NOT). The King size bed had a severe dip in the middle which hindered any restful sleep. We asked for another room and were told that no other room was……

“I made my reservation and paid in advance for my stay MONTHS before my arrival date. Two days before my arrival they cancelled my reservation. I called and talked with the manager who said she would look into it and call me back. I must have sent 3 messages following up and not one was responded to. Left a message saying that since I did not hear from them I would be there on my planned arrival. I was literally traveling all over Canada and the US and my plans were not easy to adjust at that……

“My only complaint - lighting was not the best in the room, a little dim for make up and the bed side lamp was only super bright or off. No dim option. The shower was good but no adjustable head. That’s the only two things we didn’t love 100% The breakfast was great, coffee good. Elevator worked, staff amazing. I will absolutely stay here again.”

“Noah & Kyle are great hosts and communicators. There were 3 of us and our little dog who stayed for the weekend. The camper was very clean and is parked on Kyle’s home property. It’s not on the water, but the water is very close—just a short drive away—and they are very helpful at setting you up if you want to go kayaking, fishing, or any other water activities. There is a bonfire area on the property, and they have a very small grill if you need it. Kyle and his family are the sweetest and make……
