“I did not use the laundry services. We did have a very slow leak in the bathroom, that was coming from the room above us. It was reported it and the manager did what he could, but it was still working through the cement floor. He was going to change or room, but the only option was to go to the second floor. I was using a walker and could not do the stairs, no elevator. They gave us extra towels to put where it would drip. All was good and we were compensated. The manager was very……

“I had a broken shower. I was told the hotel was full as it was graduation weekend. That the manager would call me Monday. I never received a call so I called her. She said the shower head worked fine and that I was lying. I would never recommend staying there.”

“The hotel is located inside the University of Maine campus, which is quiet, safe, and has convenient parking. The rooms seem to be converted from student dormitories, so the layout is different from typical hotels. The bathroom in my room was exceptionally large, almost at a luxury mansion level, and the bed was also big. The room was clean with high ceilings, but there was no desk available for use, which was somewhat inconvenient.”

“This was a spectacular beautiful historic Inn built in 1818 with the most beautiful view of the mountains and Phillips lake from our window and it has a beautiful fine dining with the best food I had over all in Bangor! The Mother’s Day brunch was to die for! We definately look forward to staying here again on our next visit! As a historical place I had to learn how to use the shower sprayer, but after the 1st time it was no problem. The staff was super friendly and be sure and ask them……
