“We were just there for one night. When we arrived, a car pulled up and asked our names, we said who we were and they replied that they did not know what time we were arriving. ( check in is 4 to 9, something like that). He said Expedia had sold our reservation to a third party, and there was no contact information.. “As we got there to check in, we had to wait to get our keys to the room because the computer was down. Then when we got to the room, the room was good! But the toilet had to be flushed like 3+ times to just flush the toilet paper. Then we went down to use the hot tub and myself and the two other ladies went to go in due to our backs and hips having issues, the hot tub was cold! The pool was cloudy and not all that clean! We noticed on the bed next to the window, there was something smeared on……
