Best Stay!

Condo Great! Building, not so great.

Once inside, the Condo is clean and freshly updated. Very nice kitchen, eating area, furniture, living room, and flexible layout. The trick to this place is the building it's in is just tired.

timberline 208

I had stayed in Timberline numerous times over the years and found it to be convenient in particular to the bake shop and their sourdough pancakes. 208 had just undergone a full remodeling with a new kitchen, washer/drier, very fast internet speed and great furniture. I suspect that it is the nicest condo in that complex. I came off season for a week of visiting friends in Anchorage and Moose Pass and to have some quiet time for writing scientific manuscripts. I found this to be a perfect stay in all respects.

I didn't want to leave.

This property was the best thing I didn’t know I needed. We were in awe of how well maintained, clean, organized, quiet, warm, and beautifully decorated it was. The owners paid attention to ever detail perfectly. From the tome we booked to the time we left they were very attentive to our needs making sure everything we needed to know was in order. I want to thank you all for everything, this trip was a great reset from the crazy world we now live in and the space provided us with the opportunity to retreat and spend some well needed quality time together. We will definitely be back. This is a must book property for anyone asking.

Better than expected

This place is perfect. Has everything you could possibly need and was very clean on arrival. It looks even better in person. Very comfortable bed and couches with plenty of seating. Fully stocked kitchen and new appliances. Mountain views out the window and a nice fireplace that worked great. Would definitely stay here again.

Owners went above and beyond for us!

My wife and I had a wonderful week-long stay in this unit. For many years we stayed in Timberline 101 and loved the unit. But it is no longer available, so we decided to try Timberline 208 which we heard had been recently remodeled. It is a wonderful, clean, unit with nice mountain views and we liked it even better than unit 101. Our only complaint was that the King sized bed was too firm for us. Upon mentioning this to Vacasa during our stay, the owners of 208 decided to buy a memory foam mattress topper and that solved our sleeping comfort issue. What a pleasant surprise that the owners kindly purchased a mattress topper for us to use! Thanks so much to Vacasa and the owners! This will be our new go to unit whenever we visit the Anchorage area.

Beautiful and Smart Space

The inside has been remodeled, is beautifully designed to be comfortable, to have everything you need, and uses the space very efficiently. My only issue was that it gets hot and stuffy, even when the tempertures drop outside. Not an issue if it is during the winter, but it often got hot and stuffy even when it dropped to the 50's outside. They did have floor fans to help.

best at Alyeska

I have stayed in T-208 numerous times over the years, this time for 2 weeks. It allows me to hide out, write a novel and fly floatplanes in the Kenai all the while being in the best condo ever. The new appointments and details are perfect and the owners clearly have great pride in the condo. It shames me to have to come back home which is much less perfect.

Honey Moon Suite

We ended up with a late checkin time and perhaps because of that. That's where our trouble started. We never got a checkin envelope at the Vacasa office described in the email I got. We had to call customer service two separate times to get the correct information required to enter the property. Later on we found out we could have gotten towed because we needed a parking permit at the building we stayed at. Then at check-out we got locked out of the buildings security door after the trips back and forth to our vehicle and the room, so we couldn't complete our end of check-out. In the future I would suggest making it a priority of the management company to make sure the envelope is where it is supposed to be and all information required of the stay at the property inside the envelope. Other than the check-in and check-out, we had a fantastic time and the property itself was amazing. Thank you

Great little condo

Had everything we needed for weekend get away. Walking distance to mountain. Good WiFi, Apple TV, couch was slept on by teens and comfy. Thanks for sharing!

super off season.

Have stayed here in past years and i think the condo was recently remodeled with fast internet, new washer drier, perfect kitchen and everything sparking. Almost too much for one person, but as a week long get-away to do some work away from the usual work environment this was perfect. VACASA did a good job of handling the property

Super rental !

Beautiful,clean, modern, all the amenities inc washer and dryer. Very short walk to restaurants. One minor detail- no info on which of the 2 remotes to use TV.
