"The tub shower squeaked every time we moved. Impossible to regulate the water temperature. The tiles above the shower were dirty. The towels were rough. Zero sound proofing. The room above sounded like they were stomping. Would never return. "

Toilet was broken, Internet super slow (when it was working), poor room lighting, heating thermostat had a mind of it's own and ignored the temp setting you are asking for - we had two options, either full blown heat (and wake up in an hour sweating) or turn the heating off (and wake up in an hour freezing), breakfast was awful. Don't ignore all the bad reviews you read about this place - they are true.."

"There isn’t a lot to choose from near Bryce Canyon. This place offers all the basic necessities and has worked hard to upgrade the property. The only complaint we had was the hard beds. We love a firm mattress, but these were down right hard. We did not rest well the two nights we were there. "
