Arcadia Castle Hotels

Very clean and a helpful staff!

This location was perfect. Close to restaurants that you could walk to. Close to shopping and the metro station. Everything was clean. Breakfast was decent. The room was clean and the hallways smelled good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean but not heated

Beautiful property, very quiet and was able to get good rest while enjoying the local attractions like Santa Anita Park and downtown Monrovia.

bathtub had a stain and it would be nice if the shower has a flexible hose but otherwise the hotel experience was good especially the service

Having a full kitchen is very convenient for us. The studio is big enough that we don't feel cramped.

Pleasantly surprised that I was able to check in early. Very friendly and accommodating front desk. Extremely pleased with the room. The cocktail hour and breakfast was excellent.

Excellent

The room was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and kind.

I have been staying here for 12 months plus, as I have to travel to the Los Angeles area 2-3 days/week. This is the most marvelous value, I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else, even though I have a long drive to Beverly Hills each day to work, I don't mind. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant...the beds are super comfortable for a good nights sleep!

i liked the parking in the rear

Clean room, id dint like the fact that I had to pay $35 per night for parking.

Nice clean place. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a spot to stay for a few days!

Clean

The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel and room were very clean.

The facility was very interesting, the rooms were quite comfortable but the bed and the linens were to die for. I’ve never slept in a more comfortable bed outside of my own. I don’t know how they launder the linens but they softness and fresh clean scent of the sheets, pillowcases and even the bath towels was amazing.

It was easy to check in, friendly front desk, pretty aesthetic and affordable.

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are huge, clean, and updated. The laundromat in the building was useful and clean. The breakfast was delicious and they have Starbucks coffee! Also, we had a problem with something happening to on of the two suites we had and they absolutely made it right immediately. We are definitely coming back and highly recommend this hotel.
