Seagull Landing-Deck overlooks ocean waves-200 ft to beach and tidepools

Beautifully appointed ocean-view home with a relaxing, beachy vibe, located 200 steps from the beach and beach access in the quiet heart of Arch Cape (about four miles south of Cannon Beach). You are close enough to enjoy the fun, restaurants, art galleries and shopping of Cannon Beach and Seaside and still have your own secluded beach for walking and beachcombing. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the ocean from the full second-story deck with barbecue or perhaps curl up with a good book by the cozy fireplace in the comfortably furnished living room. Off the main bedroom sliding door is a patio and fire pit overlooking the ocean, where you can enjoy an outdoor fire and smores with the family and friends. Throughout the house are stunning views of the ocean and forest/mountains.

The living area is spacious and tastefully decorated with Smart, High Definition Flat screen TV, cable, wireless 5-G highspeed internet access, CD with wood-burning stone fireplace. Well-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, appliances, drip coffee maker, Keurig and lots of dishware and cookware for a 'home-away-from-home.'

The lower level of this bright and sunny beach house provides three bedrooms with comfortable beds (one with a king bedroom suite, one with queen-size bed and one with bunk beds), a second full bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. A new, comfort designed with thick mattress, queen-size, sofa sleeper will accommodate sleeping arrangements for up to eight persons. The king bedroom has a sliding door, opening to a comfortable patio with firepit and chairs. The house is immaculately cleaned before every guest arrives. Guests tell us, 'We felt immediately at home and welcome.' We supply all linens, towels, table linen, paper, soap, cleaning supplies, wood for fireplace, basic kitchen spices, cards, puzzles and family games too! Sorry, no smoking, no pets. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.

Wonderful, warm house a stone’s throw from a beautiful beach

We had a great stay at Seagull Landing. The house is warm, thoughtfully appointed, very comfortable, and Deb is a great communicator. Beach access is amazingly close to the house and the beach is incredible. The sound of the waves lulled us to sleep at night in a very comfortable bed. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Seagull Landing was ideal for our family reunion vacation, as it was a 5 minute walk to the house rented by others in the family, and the close proximity to the beautiful Arch Cape Beach.

Great location with access to beach and tidal pools. Enjoyed ocean view from house and deck. Beds were very comfortable. Clean well appointed Dresser in master b room had drawers that fell out of track. Some broken window treatments. No heat, owner responded but not fixed by end of stay. However, really cozy house that we enjoyed. Would go back

Cozy place & great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The beach was great and the access was perfect. We found wonderful tide pools to explore on our long walk. Very short drive to Cannon Beach and Ecola State Park.

Was a wonderful stay. The house was close to the beach, everything was clean and comfortable, the deck was great, and the kitchen was well equipped. Always a plus to have a dishwasher and washer dryer. Would definitely rent here again.

Peace and serenity at the ocean

The home is beautiful and so cozy. It’s nestled in a charming neighborhood with a secluded beach and great views of the ocean. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay along the Oregon Coast. The owners are so communicative and provide everything you need to feel at home. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing getaway

Five adults fully enjoyed this property. The grill, fire pit, and deck were greatly appreciated. We loved being so close to the beautiful Arch Cape beach for walks. This location is close to Cannon Beach and many other locations in NW Oregon. The communication with the property owners was easy and clear. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing house

Our experience in your home was amazing! It was a very easy process getting settled in. The house was very cute and was perfect for the four of us. With only a two minute walk to the beach the house was in the perfect spot.
