“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable. The full-size fridge was a nice surprise. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a very nice lady taking care of the trash and keeping the food stocked.”

“The staff was rude, the pool wasn’t able to be utilized and that’s one of the main reasons I booked here. The manager was accusatory of an iron burn mark on a desk, after just walking in my room while I was alone. He made me super uncomfortable. I expressed my frustration and he was super disrespectful and then they locked me out of my room, when I did a late check out. The front desk agent then told me that isn’t possible, so I showed him the email and he was super rude about allowing me back……

“Bathtub had hair in it, the lady cleaned the room and it still had the same hair in the tub. Hotel smelled a bit musty and the ac wouldn’t stay on. Elevator floor had stains the entire duration of my stay. The front desk lady was very nice and the breakfast was good.”

“This entire facility is tired, worn out, and in desperate need of renovation. The dishwasher in the room had an access panel laying on the floor and was obviously damaged from repeatedly trying to properly reattach it. The bath tub had an unsightly gouge in it. The walls and furniture were beat up and worn. The staff was pleasant and professional.”

“We have stayed here before as we visit relatives in San Angelo twice a year. If you like artsy gardens, art festivals outside your door, artist shops, nice rooms, with good people to meet, or just walking around the garden, this is a this is the place for you. Everybody is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee, or tea. This is not your typical Holiday Inn or Hilton. We left on a Sunday with no one renting our room that day, so there was no rush at all……
