“Very clean and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and very hospitable.”

“Very disappointing overall. I will not stay here again. The one positive was that they put out a nice breakfast. Although the property and rooms were clean, many expected amenities were non-existent. For instance, there was no soap - neither bar nor dispenser - in the bathroom. We had 2 shampoos and one conditioner in the shower. I had to go to the lobby to request hand soap. An empty Kleenex tissue box holder was there, but was never filled with tissues the entire 5 days. “The room smelled of cigarettes, probably from the truck driver. There was not enough water, so the shower was not Good ”

“The room is a mess! The floor is all sticky, and the fridge keeps making this loud noise. But the worst part is bathroom, it’s disgusting. The shower is covered in hair and dust, it’s just nasty. I paid over 200 bucks for this? Seriously?”

“The bathroom tiles were cracked. Hotel is showing wear and tear. The staff were excellent!”

“This experience was the worst. From the time we checked in, the manager changed our room without notifying us until I told them I needed to be in the room I booked. The room had mold, the room also had roaches, and the carpet was wet and it left a bad smell in the room. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again.”
