“We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. “On a adoré notre séjour. Le repas dans les restaurants étaient variés et très bons. L’équipe attentionnée et efficace parle français et d’autres langues parfaitement. Les chambres 4700 sont au fond et plus calmes car loin du club enfants et de l’animation du soir. L’animation du soir est faite par des salariés jeunes, sans intérêt. C’est presqu’un sketch. “Schönes Hotel, gutes Essen, überwiegend freundliches Personal. Leider sind viele Zimmer der Straße zugewandt und diese ist laut und stark befahren. Angeblich haben die Zimmer Schallschutzfenster. Der Unterschied zwischen offenen und geschlossenen Fenster war aber nur minimal! Wenn man nicht wie ein Stein schläft, nicht zu empfehlen.”

“Nice all-inclusive hotel but room was very warm upon arrival because the air conditioning only works with the key card. Spa was okay but not up to American standards so I would find another. The 100 credit was nice to use in the spa but does not work for the store. Very family friendly so prepare for kids around. Finally, although there are 5 pools, only 2 are available for normal guests.”

“Beautiful quiet spot! A walk or cycle from the Center of Frangkocastello (and where the beach is wonderful and child friendly too). The taverna on the sea front just infront of the property has excellent traditional Greek food and there are many more to try in the center too. Very peaceful location, with a few similar looking apartment hotels scattered along this coastline. The hosts are wonderful. A pool was just finishing being built right behind the current apartments property and looked like……
