"We were told at check-in because we were staying 5 nights it was mandatory daily cleaning. If we did not want/need our room cleaned to put out do not disturb sign. We never had the do not disturb sign out but had to ask for supplies such as towels, kleenex, TP every day. Our room was never “cleaned” sheets never changed or beds made. We had to ask for garbage to be removed. Bathroom had dirty gross tile, corners were filthy. Breakfast was Sub Par. I went off previous reviews when booking this but was sadly disappointed. Room was way to expensive to be this dirty and horrible housekeeping service during our stay."

We were told there were no rooms available yet, even though we prepaid, but as we sat in the lobby for about an hour other people came in and were given a room. The room we finally received was noisy. You could hear everything going on outside from the second floor. Heating/cooling system was very strange to configure so i would suggest a how-to for guests."
