“The property was very comfortable for a family of 11. We enjoyed our stay and look forward in booking again! Other than needing some updates the property was an excellent choice for us! ”

“Booked last minute for a Fall getaway. The Condo was great and extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the Balcony was beautiful and so great to be close to grocery store. Avon is our favorite area of the Southern Outer Banks. Mike was very communicative due to weather conditions the beginning of the week which could have affected our stay but luckily didn’t.”

“The property was beautiful, spacious and excellently located. Steps from the beautiful beach. Lots of space for everyone to spread out in and the price was reasonable. Check in left something to be desired. In addition to not providing any of the basics (garbage bags, hand soap, etc), check in time was uncertain until minutes beforehand. Makes it difficult to show for those necessities due to lack of being in the house. Were not able to get into remote home until 6 pm. Once settled though, the……

“Not sure we’ve had a better experience in a weekend rental. The place was accommodating to our young children with a playroom and many outdoor toys and equipment as well. We brought our own beach stuff but rarely used it! In addition, the cleanliness of the home as well as the thoughtful decoration and labeling of items made us feel like home. We loved the location and we rented golf carts during our stay to just cruise around the neighborhood and go across the road to park at the beach. The……
