“It was horrible, there were cockroaches all over the place, when we went to ask them for another room since it was earlier morning they told us we were filled and that they could not refund us, the blankets had burn holes and different colored stains on it and the Tv had no cable so we could not watch anything, there was no soap no shampoo no towels. when we then asked for towels and toilet paper we were given one roll and got one towel and we had to argue to get 2 towels since there are 2 of us……

“We arrived early but the room wasn't quite ready yet. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were still allowed to utilize the amenities, despite being early, which we were incredibly grateful for! We changed into our swimsuits in the very clean and well-maintained bathroom in the lobby and enjoyed the pool while we waited for the room to be ready.
