“This is a nice place but our check-in experience at the start of the holiday was awful. We were told our rooms weren’t ready but they would contact us at 3 to give us access to 1 room. By 5 we had no call so went to reception. We got room keys so they had clearly forgotten and we even had to take our weighty luggage to the rooms. Then the keys didn’t work so we had to go back to reception.”

“Lidner hotel has got its charm back. The staff are amazing. Breakfast has a wide choice of everything and cater for both children and adults. The dinner and pool restaurants has good quality food but unfortunately it was a bit hot by the pool restaurant. A few more parasols would help here. The Lindner is not overlooking the sea but it’s a truly great location as u easily get into Palma without getting ruined. The absolute treat was to get a voucher by the hotel that paid for your taxi ride……

“The location is amazing! We loved swimming in the sea steps away from our room. Beautiful water. The buffet food was delicious. I do recommend getting the dinner plan as it makes it so convenient. The room was very spacious for 3, a family of 4 would also be comfortable. Everything was clean, however you can see the age of the hotel and rooms if you look very close. My family thought it was perfect, but being that I’m the mom paying attention to the corners and door cleanliness, if you want new……

“Disappointed only 1 pool open, was very busy Having to go from one building to another for meals when there is another restaurant which isn't being used isn't great either especially with how busy that was! Then not having half the drink machines on which caused big Ques especially for hot drinks on a morning!! I really like the hotel and this isn't my only stay here so I was disappointed!”

“The hotel is in a quiet part of the Old Town but only a very short walk from excellent bars and restaurants. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was beautifully presented. Beds made and fresh towels each morning with a thoughtful treat left each evening. The breakfast was of a very high quality including Cava as an option! “Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating: 1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful. 2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport. 3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted. 4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor……

“Incredible place to stay , location is perfect and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was a disappointment as it was really small and no outside window so it was a little claustrophobic, it need to be said that the room is an inside room with no windows to the exterior .”
